Exit Splash - Making Businesses Work Better?

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

As you might have guessed exit splash is a software which grabs your exiting visitor who going to leave your website never to return again.  This gives you a second chance to present them with a different offer or slightly different offer to get their attention that they’ll convert and respond to.

There are a number of these different kinds of exit splash software out there on the market and doing my research they fall into two basic categories.

There is the type which grabs you on exit with a PHP or hover window flying in to catch your attention.  But you can still exit out the window by clicking the exit button.

Exit lockers are the gray windows type popups or little chat windows which prevent you from exiting from a site and need to be closed before you can leave a page. These are annoying to me when I use the internet, especially when they are advertising something that is of no interest to me.  Having to click on OK and then usually the next screen which says click OK to continue or cancel to go back to the page means 2 extra clicks for me when I wanted to get off of the page.

On the other hand, as a website operator similar to Dave Guindon, I want a chance to dazzle the people visiting my website.  So the question is “how do I do this with out annoying them?”

Obviously I’ve alluded to this a bit earlier but you want to make sure the exit splash offer’s relevant and something users to your website are interested in.  Some of the sites I visit do quite well; if the do very well indeed I observe and learn in order to apply those tricks to my own web sites. As always you want to test a number of different exit offers to see which your users like best, basically what they respond to best.

Find the greatest solution right here:

It’s an instant and easy solution you can copy and paste right on your site to prove your numbers and make more profits right now.

You work hard to build your site and get visitors to your site so it’s worth taking a look at different offers you can test out to recapture people who would have otherwise left your site never to return.  See your top exit splash solution right here.

Avoiding Scams And Finding Success In A Home Based Business Venture

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

By now everyone knows that the internet is the new land of opportunity. Much like the older days of the gold rush, the internet has become the new frontier for wealth building opportunities, people look to work from home and for scammers. Yes, scammers seem to always find a way in and as large as the internet is, there is plenty of room to operate undetected.

Us this article to help guide you around the sharks, scam artists that are bent on stealing you money and to help you find a real opportunity online. The internet life is a wonderful life. There is something for everyone who is willing to perform the necessary research in a common sense way. You can find success online in a business venture or working for someone.

Since I have been online, I have read on many forums and blogs that people should stay away from opportunities where you will have to spend cash to get involved. This is one of the most absurd assumptions I have ever heard. Try to walk into a bank and ask for free money to start a business and see what they tell you. Opportunities cost online just as they do in the real world.

I would seriously consider the profit potential of any business that is totally free with a few exceptions. If it is not going to cost you a dime, then where is the incentive for a merchant or business to take your success seriously? Time and expertise in any venture with the potential to make lots of cash cost money and should not be thought of as a scam. Ask any consultant that specializes in an area of business and they will tell you so. When you are investigating internet opportunities, you will come across hundreds of ways to make money online.

Many people online have the mistaken belief that if an opportunity cost money, then there has to be a scam lurking around the corner. This is what keeps most people from finding real life-changing opportunities to prosper. Since I have been online, I have invested in thousands of dollars in opportunities…many of which came with some form of advanced internet marketing training.

When you are seeking for ways to prosper on the internet, place a premium on the type of training you will receive. Seek out mentors with a proven success track that can lead and guide you to your goals. The education and training you will receive will last you for the rest of your life. It is a wonderful feeling to be empowered to prosper. Place a particular emphasis on the subjects of internet marketing, lead generation, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization and website monetization. Focus on the content of the course and the successes of the individual and not on the cost to get involved.

So how can you spot a scam? When you are exploring an opportunity, it is bet to use good common sense. Stay away from work from home job sites that are free to join but once you are accepted, you are required to purchase their software through wire transfer.

Never send money through a wire transfer unless you are very familiar with the business you are interested in. There are many scams online, especially in the area of working from home. Many of them are free to join but require a purchase to get started through a Western Union.

There are real opportunities on the internet. Some require data entry while others may require more of your participation.

Home typing jobs and taking paid surveys are an excellent way to subsidize your income. This is something that can be done in your spare time and it is easy to do. Never give up on your dreams. You can accomplish your goals.

Upselling tactics

Cross selling and upselling to the existing customers can be difficult if you want to trade more as well as make more cash ”

Customers who had already purchased from you, however, who trust in and notice value in whatever you do and who are in a purchasing mood are fine prospects for cross selling and upselling. There are many possibilities that the customers will purchase more if you make them aware of it.

You should know what you have that you could cross sell and upsell ”

Having a full knowledge regarding what you could upsell is important. Upselling the irrelevant or wrong services or products would only alienate your customers. Cross selling and upselling the right kind of stuff at the correct time is considered to be your duty. There have likely been times where you have purchased something only to get it to your house and then realized that you could have bought the more expensive one which had more features and matched up better with your preference. If only the salesman had informed you or showed it to you.

Ensure that you (the salesperson) ask ”

Perhaps the greatest block to upselling is that the salesperson doesnt ask. It might be that they are scared or intimidated. Maybe salespeople feel cheesy. Perhaps they might think that they have no right to ask. Maybe they are worried that the client will refuse.

The biggest factor which stops or prohibits upselling is that most of the salespeople do not ask and stay quiet when it comes to upselling.

Try to keep upselling simple ”

About eighty percent of selling is showing up and having the right kind of attitude and playing the game.

Salespeople need to ask for the higher end sales as theyre so experienced, but not forget to follow through on sales basics.

Movie Downloads As Good As A Video Store

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

One of the finest and most cheap forms of amusement is watching a film that you can enjoy in the retreat of your own home. Today there are many ways to get the motion picture that you want to view, you can go to a video store, join a a mail service or possibly the best option yet is to download the movie right on your computer.

There are numerous benefits for downloading films right to your computer. You do not have to take the jaunt to the video store. You never have to wait for the film to be available and of course, you do not have to hassle about returning the movie. In spite of this you need to do some study in the beginning to become confident that you are getting a enhanced experience from downloading than you would get from your community video store.

It can be much more cost-effective to download movies at home. The fact of the matter is that the working expenditure of a website are much less than that of a brick and mortar video store. There are no costs for a shop rental, electricity and there are no packaging expenses. These savings can be passed along to the consumer and a good movie website can end up being much less costly.

There are frequent methods on hand for movie download services. Conversely, some of these are dishonest and they are breaking copyright laws. Most often these services will give you snips of the films rather than the full-length edition and there may also be ads placed in the middle of the motion picture just like on television. To make sure that you are getting a equivalent experience to a video store you need to shop around at the websites and make sure of what you are getting.

There are services that are offering movies for “free of charge”. Regrettably there are few quality material things that are obtainable for without charge. The fact is that copyright laws protect most movies and if they are offering a newer release movie for free it is probably a illegally copied version. There is also a concern about adware and viruses that you could be downloading along with your movie.

The mass of the lawful websites offer a membership choice where you give a charge and then you are allowed unrestricted downloads for a particular period of time. Sometimes you can find a pay-per-download alternative but if you ever want to download more than one or two movies that usually ends up being much more expensive than the membership selection.

The fees that are charged cover the costs of upkeep on the service of course, along with a profit margin and to cover all of the legal aspects, a royalty fee for the copyright owner of the film. Copyright laws are vital for all of us, so that we can continue to enjoy the work of other people and they can make an wages from their effort.

Downloading films is becoming an more and more standard way to get the films that you want to see. It is a great choice that presents ease and saves money. Just make sure that you find a trustworthy and legal website and avoid the services that break the copyright and piracy laws so that we all can continue to take advantage of this impressive technology in the future.
